The addition of "Anti-Hydro" will integrally cure concrete slabs and produce a dampproof floor. "Anti-Hydro" increases the hydration of portland cement, adding compressive strength, denseness, and durability. "Anti-Hydro" increases the slump up to 29% and reduces shrinkage and map cracking. Less water is needed in the mix and more of the water is used in the hydration process. There is no loss of cement fines from the concrete slab into the porous fill. The use of "Anti-Hydro" eliminates the need for underlying paper or plastic sheeting as well as for surface curing. "Anti-Hydro" produces high early strength concrete and thus affords early access to concrete floors. "Anti-Hydro" saves considerable time and labor as a dampproofing and internal curing agent.
"Anti-Hydro" is a combination of organic and inorganic chemicals, which react with portland cement to produce more complete hydration. When used in accordance with specifications, it produces waterproof stucco and cement plaster, minimizes crazing and map-cracking and protects against damage by frost or weathering action. It helps prevent the deterioration of metal lath and achieves a superior bond to underlying masonry surfaces. The brightness and durability of colored stuccos are enhanced by the addition of "Anti-Hydro".
A-H Aridsil VOC is a VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) compliant, water borne silane/siloxane sealer that penetrates deeply into masonry pores, bonding with the substrate thereby providing water repelling surfaces without altering natural appearance or texture. A-H Aridsil VOC, while milky white in appearance, dries rapidly with zero evaporation of water repelling molecules, forming an invisible water repelling barrier. A-H Aridsil VOC is mostly used on vertical surfaces. For horizontal surfaces, A-H Aridox 40 VOC is recommended. A-H Aridox 20 VOC contains a lower percentage of active ingredient than A-H Aridox 40 VOC. A-H Aridsil VOC is especially effective on natural and synthetic stone, unglazed clay tile, brick, stucco and block, exposed aggregate, wood and masonry surfaces requiring a clear water repellent material. On new construction, for maximum durability, waterproofing and brightness of color, "Anti-Hydro" should be integrally added to the concrete and mortar during placement. Follow Specifications #1-1 and 1-6. Advantages: • Water Borne Liquid • Non-Flammable • Non-Toxic • Odorless • Requires Only Single Coat Coverage • Allows Treated Surface To Breathe • Solids Will Not Evaporate or Wash Away • Retards Efflorescence • Minimizes Freeze and Thaw Damage • Repels Water Borne Chemicals and Atmospheric Dirt • Environmentally Friendly.
A-H Aridox 40 and A-H Aridox 40M are higher solids, VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) compliant, single component protective barrier sealers. A-H Aridox 40 is a silane/siloxane base sealer and A-H Aridox 40M is a silane base sealer, both in an organic solvent. A-H Aridox 40 and A-H Aridox 40M are non-staining, clear liquid sealers which penetrate deeply into new or existing concrete or masonry for maximum protection against water penetration, chloride ion penetration, freeze and thaw cycles and weathering. These sealers are resistant to ultra violet rays and are specifically designed to protect and preserve all exterior concrete or masonry. A-H Aridox 40 and A-H Aridox 40M may be applied to most types of masonry and concrete. For masonry containing organic materials, such as lime stones, A-H Aridox 40M is recommended. Typical applications include: garage structures, exterior concrete exposed to deicing chemicals, pavements, aprons, bridges, and governmental, industrial and residential buildings. A-H Aridox 20 and A-H Aridox 20M are lower solids, non-VOC compliant versions of A-H Aridox 40 and A-H Aridox 40M respectively. On new construction, for maximum durability, waterproofing and brightness of color, "Anti-Hydro" should be integrally added to the concrete and mortar during placement. Follow Specifications #1-1 and 1-6.

A-H Phyrox is a specifically designed, VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) compliant, single component, protective sealer for cementitious fireproofing materials. It protects and preserves cementitious fireproofing materials, exterior or interior, new or existing, against water/moisture related damages and is resistant to ultra violet rays. A-H Phyrox is a non-staining, clear liquid sealer which penetrates deeply into new or existing cementitious fireproofing materials for maximum protection against water penetration, chloride ion penetration, freeze and thaw cycles and weathering. A-H Phyrox may be applied to most types of new or existing cementitious fireproofing materials. Typical applications include: garage structures, any exterior fireproofing materials exposed to deicing chemicals, driven rain or snow for industrial and residential buildings. |
