A-H Armortop is a VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) compliant, aqueous solution of silicates and fluosilicates combined with penetrating agents. When applied to floors, A-H Armortop reacts with the free lime and calcium carbonate. It binds soft, loose particles together to form a hard, vitreous surface. The A-H Armortop treated floor resists abrasion, attack by many chemicals, and dusting. The use of A-H Armortop increases the life of a concrete floor many fold and lowers maintenance costs. Floors treated with A-H Armortop form an excellent base to adhere adhesives for tile and composition flooring. A-H Armortop floors may be painted with standard, concrete deck paints after the proper primer is applied.
A-H E-E Hardener is a mixture of carefully graded A-H Emery aggregates, workability agents, mineral oxide pigments, and portland cement. A-H Emery is a form of corundum containing aluminum oxide. It is the hardest natural aggregate available. A-H E-E Hardener is unequaled for producing hard, non-slip, colorful concrete surfaces for industrial plants, patios, pools and malls. A-H E-E Hardener will not rust or fade, and may be used outdoors or indoors. For areas with non-slip safety requirements, such as ramps and docks, it is an excellent choice.
A-H S-Q Hardener is a mixture of specially graded silica-quartz aggregates, workability agents, mineral oxide pigments and Type I portland cement. It is ready for application without further mixing. When applied as a shake-on to new concrete floors, it becomes an integral part of the floor, producing attractive colored surfaces with superior durability and wear resistant characteristics. A-H S-Q Hardener hardened floors will not rust, fade or dust and are ideally suited for schools, industrial plants, shopping centers, hospitals, service areas and swimming pools.
A-H Metallic Hardener #100 is a mixture of specially processed, oil free, clean iron aggregates; portland cement, workability agents, and mineral oxide pigments. A-H Metallic Hardener #100 hardened floors are heavy duty, iron coated surfaces, ideal for traffic and impact loading. The metallic surface becomes an integral part of the concrete slab, producing strength and low porosity at the point of wear.
A-H Metallic Hardener #225 is a mixture of specially processed, oil free, clean iron aggregates; special workability agents and portland cement. It is pre-mixed, available in colors, ready for application. A-H Metallic Hardener #225 hardened floors are extra heavy duty, iron coated surfaces, ideal for the most severe heavy traffic and impact loading. The metallic surface becomes an integral part of the concrete slab, producing strength and density at the point of wear. A-H Metallic Hardener #225 is recommended for use in concrete floors subjected to severe industrial wear.
Many critical manufacturing areas require a concrete floor that is conductive, spark-resistant, or static-disseminating. A-H Non-Sparking Metallic Hardener is a special formulation of metallic aggregate, conductive materials, workability agents, and portland cement. It produces hard durable, sparkproof surfaces. It is a pre-mixed, ready to use material. A-H Non-Sparking Metallic Hardener is recommended for areas that present safety hazards due to the presence of solvents.
A-H Irontop is a ready-mixed, extra heavy duty, floor topping that is easy to install. 24 hour strength approaches 7,000 psi, which allows some floors to be opened to traffic in one or two days. It is recommended for floors subjected to tractor lugs, heavy steel wheels, or floors subjected to unusually heavy abrasion or impact. |
