A-H Epoxy Patch #122 has a multitude of uses for construction and maintenance projects of all kinds. Because it is non-sagging, it is suitable for vertical and overhead applications. It can be used as a mortar adhesive for bonding tiles and as a patching material for filling in holes, cracks, joints, or coves for waterproofing. It is ideal for thin surfacing over porous substrates or for applying tiles, mosaics, and glass to walls or floors. A-H Epoxy Patch #122 bonds well to concrete, masonry, wood, metal, and glass.
A-H Epoxy Crack Filler #131 is a pourable or brushable quick setting epoxy. It gives high bond and tensile strength as well as a tough film. It is ideal for filling all types of cracks to restore structural integrity, to waterproof concrete, or to prevent deterioration.
"Anti-Hydro" is used in concrete mixes, packaged cements and slush coats for producing high bond, high early strength, quick set, increased abrasion resistance and reduced shrinkage. Contact us at 1-800-777-1773 to ask about applications. "Anti-Hydro" enhances the placeability and finishability of the mixes and through more complete hydration of the cement, achieves higher strength at all ages.
"Anti-Hydro" is a combination of organic and inorganic chemicals that reacts with portland cement to produce more complete hydration. "Anti-Hydro" is frequently recommended as surface applied bath on existing tile joints to rehydrate the portland cement grout and/or mortar. The increased hydration, along with internal curing, renders soft, friable, dusting joints into hard, dense, non-dusting joints. In addition, "Anti-Hydro" enhances the portland cement grout and/or mortar color. "Anti-Hydro" meets the VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) requirements and is compatible with most latex admixtures (test patch is recommended) used in portland cement grouts and/or mortars. "Anti-Hydro" is also used as an admixture to tile grouts and tile bedding mortars for increased hardness, strength, and waterproofing, see Specification 1-18. "Anti-Hydro" is an indispensable aid for the tile installation. Tile joints are frequently a problem because they are porous or soft which causes excess discoloration and water. Poor mix design, excess water or lack of curing can lead to soft, friable, dusting joints due to unhydrated portland cement grout and/or mortar. "Anti-Hydro" is used as surface applied bath on existing tile joints to rehydrate the portland cement grout and/or mortar and produce hard, dense, and non-dusting joints.
A-H Groove & Crack Filler #250 is an elastic type, modified epoxy joint filler for filling and sealing narrow control joints and grooves. It prevents damage to the adjacent concrete edges. A-H Groove & Crack Filler #250 is particularly desirable for joints in concrete floors that are subjected to abrasion, heavy traffic, and loads. The filled joint will not accept debris or dirt and allows the floor surface to be easily cleaned and maintained. A-H Groove & Crack Filler #250 is a 2 component mix, gray in color. It is available in self leveling (pour grade) and non-sag consistency for both vertical and horizontal applications. A-H Groove & Crack Filler #250 exhibits outstanding adhesion and strength. A-H Groove & Crack Filler #250 should be used where joint movement anticipated is no greater than 10%.
A-H Floor Patch #812 is a two component polymer modified floor patch. A-H Floor Patch #812 is a trowelable cementitious floor patch for resurfacing and repairing existing concrete floors where high bond, compressive and tensile strengths are desired. It is also abrasive resistant to moderate traffic, and can be featheredged. A-H Floor Patch #812 has excellent adhesion to all concrete and masonry surfaces.
A-H Leveltec STD is a high quality, general purpose, self leveling floor underlayment system designed for interior, non-wearing surface applications. A-H Leveltec STD is to be used in areas not exposed to water. A-H Leveltec STD is specifically formulated to level and resurface damaged and unlevel substrates in preparation for subsequent finishes such as ceramic or marble tile, carpeting, wood parquet, hardwood and resilient floorings. When mixed with required amount of water, A-H Leveltec STD becomes flowable and easily workable. It seeks its own level, fills low spots, small cracks, and voids without shrinking, spalling, telegraphing, or cracking. A-H Leveltec STD can be walked on in 2-3 hours at 70ºF, and subsequent floor coverings can be installed once it is thoroughly dried. Benefits- • Economical • Easy to install • No troweling • Self leveling • Easily workable • Pumpable • High strength • Cement-based • Ready-to-use • No diluting of primer required • Superior bond • Moisture resistant • Needs only water to mix • Faster than latex installation • Can be featheredged • Compatible with most flooring adhesives • Can be walked on in 2-3 hours at 70ºF • Covers approx. 60 sq. ft. 1/8" thick at 70ºF.
"Anti-Hydro" is a combination of organic and inorganic chemicals that reacts with portland cement to produce more complete hydration. (It must always be used in accordance with the cautions and instructions on our package and in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.) It produces high quality concrete and cement for "quick" repairs. "Anti-Hydro" when added to prepackaged or job mixed concrete or cement, produces fast-set, waterproof, high-strength, durable construction. "Anti-Hydro" is a prepackaged, ready-to-use admixture that is added to concrete and mortar.
