"Anti-Hydro" is a combination of organic and inorganic chemicals that reacts with portland cement to produce more complete hydration. Water requirements, bleed water and shrinkage are reduced. The increased hydration provides internal curing and a much denser cement paste. "Anti-Hydro" increases the early and ultimate strength of concrete. These combined reactions produce impermeable concrete that is hard and non-dusting.

The increased hydration provides internal curing and a much denser cement paste. "Anti-Hydro"-R increases the ultimate strength of concrete. These combined reactions produce impermeable concrete that is hard and non-dusting. "Anti-Hydro"-R is normally used for special situations where retardation of normal set-time is desired.

"Anti-Hydro" is a liquid combination of organic and inorganic chemicals that produces completely impermeable cement coatings. These coatings can be bonded perfectly to masonry or concrete surfaces to provide a continuous waterproof envelope. Hydrolithic (cement coat) water-proofing is used extensively in below grade areas subjected to water pressures and in tanks, cisterns, and all types of liquid-containing masonry structures. Repairs of leaking structures can be effected by the use of "Anti-Hydro" Waterproof Cement Coat.

"Anti-Hydro" is a combination of organic and inorganic chemicals that reacts with portland cement to give more complete hydration. Water requirements, bleed water and shrinkage are reduced. Increased hydration provides integral curing and increased early and ultimate strengths. Shotcrete mixes containing "Anti-Hydro" are impermeable and have great durability. Ideal for waterproofing reservoirs, swimming pools, or any structure subjected to water conditions or severe exposures.
A-H Metallic Waterproofing is a combination of specially graded and purified iron particles blended with workability and oxidation promoting agents. The iron particles are clean, oil-free and proportioned so that after oxidation they completely seal the pores of the masonry surfaces to which they have been applied. A-H Metallic Waterproofing is an odorless formulation.
A-H Hydrocap, a capillary waterproofing formulation, is a specially designed dry powder consisting of active chemicals, fine aggregate and cementitious ingredients. A-H Hydrocap (Powder) penetrates in-place concrete and/or masonry, and chemically reacts with free lime in the presence of moisture, to produce crystalline growth within the concrete and/or masonry capillaries. The crystalline growth results in producing impervious, dense, waterproof concrete and/or masonry. A-H Hydrocap is particularly effective for use on sanitary engineering structures and for other below grade application where severe water conditions are anticipated.
Anchor Masonry Surfacer is a dry powder formulation that is mixed with water and applied as a heavy coating. A-H Anchor Masonry Surfacer will withstand water pressure below grade as an interior or exterior coating. For over 30 years completely satisfactory results have been obtained through the use of A-H Anchor Masonry Surfacer. Homes, apartment houses, swimming pools, industrial buildings, and cisterns have all been waterproofed.
A-H Anchor Plug is a powdered material that is mixed with water to produce extremely rapid setting plugs. It is inserted into prepared cracks to stop leaks under pressure. A-H Anchor Plug is also used for repairing cracks in concrete or mortar and for filling joints. It is ideal for sealing around pipes and conduits, and for setting anchor bolts and railings. It produces extremely high strengths.
A-H Seamless Membrane is a coaltar free, cold applied, moisture curing, one component, liquid polyurethane membrane. It cures at ambient temperatures (at least 40ºF and rising), to form a seamless, impermeable, non-deteriorating rubber membrane that allows for expansion and contraction over a wide range of temperatures. A-H Seamless Membrane (Horizontal), a self-leveling formulation, is normally used on horizontal surfaces. A-H Seamless Membrane (Vertical), a non-sag, thixatropic formulation, is normally used on vertical surfaces. A-H Seamless Membrane (Rollable) is a rollable version. A-H Seamless Membrane is ideally suited for the waterproofing of two-course concrete slab construction for parking garages, decks, shopping malls and plaza decks, sidewalk vaults, bridge decks, elevated sidewalks, and roadways, or in single-course constructions, planters and reflecting pools (see limitations), base slabs in terrazzo and quarry tile floor installations, and also as a waterproofing between the structural slabs and concrete topping of roof systems and under flashings. For maximum waterproofing, "Anti-Hydro"® should be integrally added to the concrete, cement parget coat and mortar during placement. Refer to Spec. 1-1, 1-5 and 1-6.
A-H Seamless Membrane PF is a pitch free, cold applied, moisture curing, one component, liquid polyurethane membrane. It cures at ambient temperatures (at least 40ºF and rising), to form a seamless, impermeable, non-deteriorating rubber membrane that allows for expansion and contraction over a wide range of temperatures. "Anti-Hydro" is a combination of organic and inorganic chemicals that reacts with portland cement to produce more complete hydration. The increased hydration, along with a reduced volume of gauging liquid and internal curing, produces a high strength, dense, waterproof, harder grout or mortar. In addition, "Anti-Hydro" enhances the tile grout or mortar color by minimizing efflorescence through a reduction of the free lime content in the waterproof grout or mortar. "Anti-Hydro" meets the VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) requirements and is compatible with latex admixtures used in tile grouts or mortars. "Anti-Hydro" is also recommended as a surface treatment to harden and dust proof soft, friable tile grout joints, see Specification 9-5. "Anti-Hydro" is an indispensable aid for tile installation. "Anti-Hydro" in tile grouts or mortars produces all of the following results in one operation and at no added cost for labor or special purpose products: • Impermeability • Waterproofing • Hardness • Increased flow with lowered water-grout and water-thin set mortar ratio • Increased workability • Dispersion of tile grout and thin set mortar • Uniform curing throughout the entire mass of tile grout and thin set mortar in vertical or horizontal installation • Reduced shrinkage • Increased early and ultimate strength • Control time of set of tile grout and thin set mortar • A better bond between new and old grout and thin set mortar • Tile grout and thin set mortar durable under freeze, thaw and salt action • Abrasion resistant and non-dusting surfaces • Non staining and color enhancing • Cold weather workability • Installation speed and economy. |
